It’s all presided over by Brock Purdy, a legitimate MVP candidate playing some of the best football at quarterback. Michael Irvin discussed the keys to the Ravens game and his biggest point was their defense to pressure Purdy via NFL GameDay. “You’ve got to get to Brock Purdy,” Irvin said. Getting to the quarterback is always a priority for opposing defenses, but it’s especially important in San Francisco’s defense. However, head coach Kyle Shanahan does a great job of protecting his quarterback with the run game, so putting pressure on Purdy is much easier said than done. However, Baltimore has a staff ready to wreak havoc, and John Harbaugh certainly has tricks up his sleeve to make things as difficult as possible for Purdy.
