The Arizona Cardinals and Philadelphia Eagles issued injury notices on Thursday. The Cardinals didn’t see many changes on their side, with only Zaven Collins (ankle) moved from DNP in Tempe to limited.
Hewas temporarily sidelined with an injury in Chicago, though he later returned in the Week 16 loss. Notable names like Marquise Brown (heel) and Kyler Murray (illness) missed the second day in a row.
Brown sat out his first game of the season against Chicago despite a heel that has been bothering him for weeks. His chances of playing in Philadelphia do not look promising.
Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon told reporters that Murray was dealing with a simple holiday loss. and he was not worried about the quarterback’s lack of time.
The rest of Arizona and the injured list of number 039 (Andre Chachere, Victor Dimukeje, Leki Fotu, Owen Pappoe, Bobby Price, Kevin Strong and Garrett Williams) were limited for the second day in a row: There were no major changes for Philadelphia and their five roster players.
Both teams will practice one more time on Friday before listing players as out, questionable or questionable before Week 17.
After that, the official Cardinals-Eagles inactives will be released 90 minutes before kickoff, which is scheduled for 11 a.m. Arizona time.
