Final injury report gives Buccaneers a significant boost before their matchup with the Lions.

When the Tampa Bay Buccaneers meet the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon in the NFL postseason divisional round, several well-known players will be available on both sides of the ball.

According to the last practice report that was made public on Friday, wide receiver Chris Godwin, quarterback Baker Mayfield, and outside linebacker Yaya Diaby are all cleared to play.

With his ability to overcome discomfort in his ankle ribs to throw for 337 yards and three touchdowns in the Bucs’ 32-9 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night, Mayfield was never in doubt about playing. But he’s come a long way since last week, as seen by the fact that he practiced all week and avoided being designated as a game status this week.

Additionally healthy is Chris Godwin, who is a huge plus for the Bucs’ passing offense. Godwin has been cleared to play on Sunday after missing two practices due to “personal and knee issues.”

Yaya Diaby, who hurt his shoulder during the Bucs’ victory over the Eagles, will also be available for the Bucs. Diaby is their top sack generator. He completed a complete session in just four days, and he is scheduled to play on Sunday.

OLB Shaquil Barrett and RB Chase Edmonds are still two areas where the Bucs have concerns. Both were able to resume limited practice on Friday, which is encouraging for their chances of playing on Sunday.

On Sunday at 3:00 PM ET, the Buccaneers and Lions play from Ford Field in Detroit.
