Following a thrilling 24-21 playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers, the 49ers will make their third consecutive appearance in the NFC Championship Game, and their fourth in the last five years.
San Francisco secured home-field advantage in the playoffs after finishing 12-5 during the regular season. Notably, Saturday’s triumph represented the team’s fifth consecutive postseason victory over the Packers.
The 49ers and Lions will kick off at 3:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, January 28.
