Carlos Alcaraz showed everyone, especially his opponents at the top of the men’s game, that at his peak, he is most likely the most complete player on the ATP Tour and may even be the most complete male tennis player ever when he retained his title at Indian Wells.
The young Spaniard proved he is almost back to his Major-winning form by defeating Daniil Medvedev in the final and the previously unstoppable (at least until 2024) Jannik Sinner in the semifinal.
This will be bad news for every other male tennis player in the world, including Novak Djokovic.
