NFL Insider Drops Major Report On Cowboys, Dak Prescott

After the Dallas Cowboys’ disappointing playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers the previous year, they have decided to stick with quarterback Dak Prescott and head coach Mike McCarthy for another season.

Prescott and McCarthy, meanwhile, may have to bid farewell to Dallas if their circumstances don’t change.

After what may have been his best season to date, Prescott is entering the last year of a four-year, $160 million contract that he signed in 2021. It’s still unclear if Prescott will sign another agreement this offseason despite rumors surrounding his future with the organization.

Though no formal offers have been made, Prescott and the Cowboys have a mutual understanding, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Jerry Jones, the owner, has stated, , “We are where we are, locked and loaded for this year,” suggesting a sense of readiness for the upcoming season.
