EXCLUSIVE:After Round 1, Dolphins Fans Are Among The Most Optimistic

There is plenty of time to assess the level of satisfaction among fan bases because it is the day following Round 1 of the NFL Draft and before Round 2 clocks go down.

On Thursday night, the Miami Dolphins selected edge rusher Chop Robinson from Penn State with the 21st overall choice. Overall, the initial feedback on social media was encouraging, while there were customary differences in viewpoints among Dolphins supporters.

There are certain metrics that show a broad prediction of happiness after the first 32 picks, even though there is never a precise science to determine the total temperature of a fan base’s climate.

After reviewing and analyzing social media reactions last night, Sports Geek found that 58% of fans of the Dolphins had good emotions. After the first night of the draft, they were ranked as the NFL’s seventh happiest fan base.

Based on the strength of the Round 1 picks, The Sports Geek produced the top 10 happiest fan bases based on tweets sent out on Thursday night.

The Dolphins had the highest “Positive Reaction Percentage” among only two AFC clubs. With a 64% rating, the New England Patriots came in fifth place, and the Las Vegas Raiders, with a 60% rating of contented supporters, came in sixth. Drake Maye was chosen by the Patriots as their possible future quarterback. Relatively speaking, the Raiders selected tight end Brock Bowers.
