The Louisville Cardinals received a huge boost for the 2025 season as their starting quarterback and three key teammates announced their withdrawal from the transfer portal. Despite receiving substantial NIL offers from other programs, these players have chosen to remain loyal to the Cardinals and continue building the program’s future.
The quarterback, the leader of Louisville’s offense, emphasized his commitment to the team, saying, “Louisville is where I belong. We’ve started something special here, and I’m staying to finish what we’ve built.” Joining him are a dynamic wide receiver and two defensive standouts who have also decided to stay with the Cardinals.
