In an unexpected announcement, Fresno State Bulldogs head coach has revealed that he is stepping down from his coaching duties with immediate effect, citing health concerns. After carefully evaluating his current condition, the coach made the difficult decision to prioritize his health and recovery.
“I have been facing health challenges that require my full attention, and after much reflection, I’ve decided to step away from my position,” the coach said in a statement. “This was a difficult decision, but I believe it is the best choice for both my well-being and the future of the program.”
The Fresno State athletic department expressed its full support for the coach, emphasizing the importance of his health and recovery. Assistant coaches will temporarily take over leadership responsibilities as the Bulldogs continue through their season.
