Nebraska Cornhuskers head coach Matt Rhule has officially announced the addition of four-star quarterback recruit Elijah Brooks from California. Brooks, a dual-threat QB standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing 210 pounds, is regarded as one of the top prospects in his class.
