Tennessee Volunteers have secured commitments from two elite quarterback prospects: George MacIntyre for the 2025 class and Faizon Brandon for the 2026 class.

George MacIntyre, a five-star quarterback from Brentwood Academy in Nashville, Tennessee, committed to the Volunteers in November 2024. He is ranked as the No. 2 quarterback and No. 16 overall prospect in the 2025 cycle. MacIntyre chose Tennessee over other top programs, including Alabama and LSU, citing the strong relationships he built with the coaching staff and the offensive system under head coach Josh Heupel.

In August 2024, Faizon Brandon, the No. 1 overall recruit in the 2026 class from Grimsley High School in Greensboro, North Carolina, announced his commitment to Tennessee. Standing at 6-foot-3, Brandon is recognized for his dual-threat capabilities and impressive arm strength. He selected the Volunteers over programs like LSU, Alabama, and NC State, emphasizing the strong relationships he developed with the coaching staff and the program’s track record in quarterback development.

These commitments underscore Tennessee’s growing reputation for attracting top quarterback talent and position the program for a promising future in college football.
