In 2023, Iamaleava, a five-star recruit, committed to Tennessee, with reports indicating an unprecedented $8 million NIL deal facilitated by the Spyre Sports Group, a Tennessee collective targeting top recruiting talent.
Additionally, Iamaleava signed an NIL deal with Beats by Dre, becoming one of 11 college football players to do so.
