Good New: Ole Miss Rebels QB and Three others withdraw their interest in Transfer Portal to stay with Ole Miss Rebels 2025 despite big Money moves

In a major win for Ole Miss football, the Rebels’ starting quarterback and three other key players have decided to withdraw from the transfer portal and stay with the team for the 2025 season. Despite being offered substantial NIL deals from competing programs, these athletes chose loyalty to Ole Miss and a commitment to unfinished business in Oxford.

The quarterback, a cornerstone of the Rebels’ high-powered offense, stated, “There’s no place like Ole Miss. We’re building something special, and I want to be part of the journey to bring greatness back to Rebel Nation.” Joining him in this commitment are a standout wide receiver and two defensive stars who also turned down big-money opportunities elsewhere.

Head coach Lane Kiffin celebrated their decision, saying, “These guys are the heart of this team. Their loyalty and belief in what we’re building here is what makes Ole Miss special. They’re here to lead us to something great.”

With this talented core staying in Oxford, the Rebels are positioned to remain a force in the SEC, with high hopes for a breakout 2025 campaign.
