Lane Johnson, an offensive tackle with the Philadelphia Eagles, was previously married to Chelsea Johnson. In Groveton, Texas, on May 8, 1990, she was born into Ray Ann Carpentier and David Johnson.

Lane Johnson, the offensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles, previously wed his college love, Chelsea Johnson. After getting married in 2013, the couple dated for six years before divorcing in 2019. They were one of the more perfect football couples when they were married, but things have changed since then.

At the University of Oklahoma, Lane, and Chelsea Johnson have had their collegiate education together. Lane and Chelsea were involved in intercollegiate athletics; Lane played football while Chelsea competed in the high jump.

John Goodman, Chelsea’s father, was a defensive end for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1980 to 1985, therefore she comes from a sporting background. It makes sense, then, that she excelled at high jumping while in college, undoubtedly flying the family flag in the process.

When they were both competing for the University of Oklahoma, Lane Johnson became aware of her, and in January 2013, they were married.

 

Former lovers Lane Johnson and Chelsea Johnson are indeed parents to three children. 2013 marked the birth of their first child, David Jace, during the first year of their marriage.

 

The couple waited three years after David’s birth to bring Journey, their second child, into the world. In 2018, the couple welcomed McCoy, their third and last child, into the world after Journey Layne was born.

With their 2019 separation and divorce confirmed the pair will not be adding to their family. Their three children still consider them friends and co-parents.

Since his draft selection, Lane Johnson, one of the top players in the league at his position, has been a mainstay of the Eagles’ attack. He was instrumental in the team’s successful journey to this year’s Super Bowl and serves as a strong leader for them.

Johnson and his colleagues will play a challenging game against the Kansas City Chiefs on February 12. The finer points of the game will probably determine the outcome, so Johnson’s offensive line needs to play well.
