BREAKING NEWS:Brad Fittler’s Warning To Penrith After James Fisher-Harris Exit

Brad Fittler Warns Penrith Following James Fisher-Harris’s Departure

The Penrith Panthers will be left with a massive hole in their forward pack, with the departure of star prop James Fisher-Harris set to send Penrith searching through the market to fill the gap.

The three-time premiership player announced he will be joining the New Zealand Warriors on a four-year deal after eight seasons with Penrith.

Fisher-Harris was granted a release from the remaining two years on his contract to return home on compassionate grounds on Wednesday.

Brad Fittler, a 1991 Panthers premiership player, stated that Penrith selectors are “sure to be busy on the market” and that he anticipates many young players would be drawn to the team because to its unrestricted availability. “They’re losing James Fisher-Harris and Jarome Luai right now. Fittler told Wide World of Sports, “You have to believe that many players today would want to play for Penrith and could see a bright future there. “They need to finish this year, but they also lost two more excellent players in Jarome and James. Thus, they will undoubtedly be extremely active on the market.”

With the departure of former Panther Spencer Leniu to the Roosters at the conclusion of the previous season, Penrith has now lost two of their most notable forwards. Fisher-Harris’ departure creates a significant void in the team’s forward pack. The Panthers have lost a number of players recently, including club leader Luai, who signed a massive five-year contract with the Wests Tigers and left at the end of this season.
