Jalen Hurts of the Eagles shows up for the playoff game with two wrapped fingers

As the Philadelphia Eagles prepare to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, quarterback Jalen Hurts arrived at Raymond James Stadium sporting two bandaged fingers.

Hurts’ right middle finger, which he injured in the Week 18 loss to the New York Giants, has been on the injury report all week, so it’s unexpected that he has bandaged his index finger.

Maybe this is just a show-off wrap for this finger though.

Hurts, who has at least one injured finger, will play against Tamps regardless of the situation.

Hurts has “some pain or soreness” from his dislocated finger, according to NBC Sports’ John Clark, and he might wear a glove tonight to help with his discomfort.

Baker Mayfield, the quarterback for the Bucs, is also anticipated to play despite an injury tonight.

In addition to a more recent ankle injury that he suffered during Tampa Bay’s victory against the Carolina Panthers last week, Mayfield is still battling with a rib bruise.

The victor of tonight’s wild-card game will meet the Detroit Lions at Ford Field on Sunday in the Divisional Round.
